Our Process
1. Application
Select a volunteer opportunity and click "Apply." You will be redirected to our Volunteer Portal to complete the application.
2. Police check
Some positions require a police check to ensure the safety of volunteers and clients.
3. Reference check
Two references (personal or professional) are required before starting your volunteer journey.

Office Administration Volunteer
The Office Administration Clerk you will help the housing department staff with customer service and administrative tasks.
The Resume Support Volunteer assists job seekers by reviewing, updating, and creating effective resumes that clearly showcase their skills and experience, in alignment with employer expectations and individual employment goals.
3-month commitment |10-15 hours per week

The Practice Interviewer Volunteer helps job seekers build confidence and interview skills by conducting realistic practice interviews and providing constructive feedback aligned with their employment goals.
3-month commitment |10-15 hours per week

This program offers free childcare for parents attending on-site language classes. Children aged 19 months to school age are eligible, and parents must remain in class during childcare hours. Activities are designed to support children’s literacy and communication development.
3-month commitment | 2.5 hours a week | 2 minimum shifts per week
