Our recruitment advisors work with employers to understand your hiring needs, promote your job openings, and identify and pre-screen candidates, many of whom have completed employment or skills-training programs with WoodGreen. We also support with organizing job fairs and networking events.

  • Is there a fee for any of WoodGreen’s services?

    No, all recruitment services are available to employers free of charge.

  • How do I get started?

    Contact WoodGreen Employment Services using the contacts provide in the “Need Help?” section or visit one of our locations for in-person assistance.

  • How do I post a job opening with WoodGreen?

    Once you are registered with WoodGreen, you can send your job description to your recruitment advisor, who will post and circulate the opportunity and send you suitable candidates.

  • Are subsidies available to employers to hire talent?

    Yes, many of WoodGreen’s employment programs offer subsidies and incentives to employers when hiring WoodGreen participants. Amounts will be determined by the program, job requirements and client profile.

  • What support is provided after I hire talent from WoodGreen’s employment programs?

    We provide monitoring and job retention services, in addition to support with accommodation-related needs. We also offer incentives for eligible employers to assist with training and onboarding.
