We are heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Murray Sinclair at the age of 73.
Murray’s work as the former chair of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission left a lasting impact on our country and on our organization. He was a passionate champion for social justice and Indigenous rights whose commitment to healing and community empowerment inspired us all.
Murray’s spirit lives on in our mission. He taught us the importance of listening and engaging with our communities, and we are dedicated to supporting and continuing that legacy.
