WoodGreen's Primary Care Awareness Event

WoodGreen Community Services delivers integrated programs encompassing physical and mental health, affordable housing, disability services, pathways to employment, newcomer services, financial empowerment, youth services and more.

Please join us as we showcase our programs and services that can serve your patients. We will spotlight different programs throughout the evening and have a guided tour to walk you through our services. You will have the opportunity to connect with WoodGreen staff and mingle with colleagues.

This will be the first step towards raising awareness of how WoodGreen can support primary care practitioners and build stronger connections with our health partners. If you would like a member of your office medical team to attend this event, please include them as a plus one when you RSVP.

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served throughout the evening.

Please note that the Hunt Club has a dress code: No denim, as well as jacket and tie required for men.
