If you are unable to fulfill the precise scheduling requirements of the positions listed, we are open to exploring alternative arrangements that align with your availability.

Our Process

1. Application

Select the volunteer opportunity that interests you and click "Apply". You will be redirected to our Volunteer Portal to complete this portion.

2. Police check

Some positions require a police check; this is to ensure the safety and security of our volunteers and clients.

3. Reference check

Please note that we require two references (personal/professional).

English Conversation Circle Facilitator at Pape Library

English Conversation Circle Moms program will help to lead a small group of newcomers to practice conversational English in an informal setting on various topics such as Canadian culture and employment.

Sunday afternoons from 2 PM - 3:30 PM, minimum of 3 month (1 shift per week)
